Paul Michael Everitt (Executive Director)Paul has many years' experience in the finance industry, having qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward and then spending three years in their marketing and training departments. He then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services department to work on corporate finance and corporate recovery projects. Paul moved to Guernsey in 1998 and has specialised in fund administration since then, working for a variety of financial services companies. In 2003, together with Roger Parry, he established Fund Corporation.
Ian Roger Parry (Executive Director)
Prior to establishing Fund Corporation with, Roger was Head of Fund Services for Barclays Wealth in Guernsey, responsible for all client relationships and the Guernsey administration team. Roger has also worked as a financial controller of Phoenix Equity Partners that managed five funds totalling more than £900m. Roger is a chartered accountant, having qualified with Wilder Coe in London
Daniel (Daan) Asse van den Noort (Non-executive director)
Daan is an experienced investment director having previously been a general practitioner until 1996, when he joined the pharmaceutical industry as an executive director of Asta Medical.
August ("Guus") Johannes Francisca Maria Berting (Non-Executive Director )
Guus graduated with a degree in Art History from the University of Leiden and subsequently joined Sotherby's Amsterdam. In 2001 he founded Art Consolidated B.V., an art dealing business based in The Hague. Guus is a non-executive director of AIM quoted Avarae Global Coins plc and Creon Corporation plc
Timothy John Revill ("Tim") (Non-Executive Director)
Tim qualified as a chartered accountant in 1974 with PKF in London and then moved to its Isle of Man office. In 1978 , he established his own professional practice in the Isle of Man and subsequently merged it with another firm. In 1982, he moved to Gibraltar to open the Gibraltar and Spanish offices of his partnership, which he managed until 1989, when he participated in a management buy-out of the Spanish office and established Fidecs Group SA. In 2007, Fidecs Group was reversed into STM Group Plc, based in the Isle of Man, and STM was simultaneously listed on the AIM market, raising 7.5m to pursue a "buy and build" strategy. Tim held the position of Chief Executive Officer of STM Group Plc from March 2007 until he retired in 2010. Tim is a former director of Newcastle United Plc and is currently a director of Stan James Plc and a variety of private limited companies. Tim specialises in international financial and tax planning.
